Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will automatically renew each month without notice until you cancel. You authorize us to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every month until you cancel. We will automatically charge you the then-current rate for your plan, plus applicable taxes every month upon renewal until you cancel. 

Cancelation

When cancelling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time by the instructions below; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund; however your subscription access and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current monthly billing period.

To cancel your subscription you must send us a cancellation request by email to support@nickestes.com from the registered email address. In order to process such request sent by email, we may ask you to provide the following information: a brief comment explaining why would you like to cancel your subscription, your billing information (name, transaction ID, last 4 digits of the credit card associated with the account, billing date, etc.), email address, login name, and other identity verification and/or authentication information.

Please note that when you cancel you will no longer be able to partner with Nick on deals or get his live trainings. 

Refunds

We do not offer refunds or prorations for any reason. All sales are final, however if you are dissatisfied please contact us and let us know. You can cancel at any time with no issue and you will continue to have access until you're purchased time expires. At that point, your subscription will end and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle and will not see any further charges on your account.
